  • Sitting-room (6m x 4m.) with multi-fuel stove, Telephone with automatic charge-checker & TV + video/DVD

  • Kitchen/Dining-room (6m x 5m) overlooking harbour. Multi-fuel stove for coal and logs. Long Dining Table. Electric Cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge, Radio.

  • Sun-Room facing South-west, with French windows, leading to garden. Table for 6. Garden chairs.

  • Utility Room, with washing-machine, coin-operated tumble-dryer, other drying facilities and a fridge/freezer (approx. 1.2cu.ft/.63 cu.ft)

  • Separate WC with basin.

FIRST FLOOR

  • Double Bedroom (4m2), overlooking harbour, with en suite shower room/WC (2.5m2); Bed 4`6". (1.35m)

  • Twin Bedded Room (L shaped 3m x 2m) overlooking harbour. Both 2`6" beds (0.75m), more suitable for children. Basin.

  • Twin Bedded (pink) Room (4.4m x 2.7m) overlooking garden. Both 3`0" beds (0.9m) Basin. Hot Water Tank.

  • Larger Twin Bedded (green) Room (5.2m x 3.3m), overlooking garden. Both 3`0" (0.9m) beds. Basin.

  • Bathroom (2.2m x 2m) with bath, shower and basin.

  • Separate WC.

NOTES:

a) Night storage heaters are in all rooms except the bedroom with the hot-water tank.
b) A cot of 4`6" x 2`6" (1.35 x 0.75m), and high chair are provided.
c) Linen, (sheets or duvet cover+sheet, pillowcases and a towel per person), is available on request at an additional charge. Blankets and Duvets will be provided, also Bathmats; but please bring your own beach towels and tea/hand towels.
d) Well behaved dogs are welcome but, please, no cats.
e) The cost of your telephone calls can be calculated at the end of your stay by means of the charge- checker, with the necessary cash or cheque being left by the phone.
f) Lettings run from Saturday to Saturday. They begin at 3pm and the property must be vacated by 10am on the last day. (Weekends are not usually on offer)
g) Groceries are available at Spar Stores in Blakeney, Budgens in Holt and Morrisons & Tesco in Fakenham.
h) Parking outside the gate, along the drive or in nearby car parks.
i) We operate a NO Smoking Policy inside the house, and we would be grateful if you could respect this policy.
